I would like to return a projector. It was sent as a used product because when I turned it on it immediately showed Chinese movies and there was a downloaded movie. Since it was working incorrectly,I did a reset and only then did I see what it was like to set up a new unused device and the steps. The lens is scratched and dusty. The android stick does not work. It says it is connected to the network,but it cannot load and gives an error. It was not written that it was sending a used product.
