gave this a quick test on breadboard. Powered at 5v and with test meter connected to AO and gnd i got an increase in voltage as temperature dropped and a decrease when temperature rose. the DO is adjustable via the on board potentiometer and has an indicator light to say when active low, (tested over gnd and do)... works well right out of the packet.
