You need +5v to supply power. Can be powered from microusb breakout board. power pins do not align with breakout boards so you need to solder wires. Legs of the sma connector is not soldered at the back of the board. You can solder it yourself. In pictures it shows printed label on the lna but it has tin rf shield etched markings.
