The alarm, SW and timer use the vibrator. This is felt only if u r attentive and the sound is almost inaudible. There are 4 sensors (red and green). HR and SPO2 are accurate. The BP is of no use. I read a study by an American University about BP accuracy with ambulatory BP monitoring Vs Samsung Active 2 watch. The conclusion was that it was of no use for monitoring or treatment. They found that the algorithm over estimated the BP below 140/90 and under estimated it above 140/90. I have the same finding. When my BP is 120/70 it reads 150/90. There is no linear correlation.
