On the other hand, if you have the tools and skills, you can setup the output voltage from 5V to 12V etc by simply removing a resistor (SMD) and replacing it by another resistor (can be SMD or through hole (THT), you have big enough pads to solder the leads). Required resistor value can be calculated from the datasheet of the integrated circuit used on that board for DC-DC step-up converter (XR2981 ) .
