There are several issues with it: 1. The drills were either poorly cleaned or rusted. There are some stains on them that look like rust but could also be dried out lubricant. 2. There are no markings on the drils. At all. 3. The smaller drills could be improperly sharpened. I am not sure about this one as I could not clearly see what the problem was with the tips of drills. It could be the stain I mentioned before.
