Hell BG I received my camera in good condition but I try couple hours with my phone try to set-up wifi connection I follow the instruction and watch youtube for set-up and had no luck .caused the wifi camera was defective It had no wifi at all ...therefore the camera still can not be set-up...I had email to BG customer service with the video I upload on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AVIlZCeJzRk&feature=youtu.be
