It helps is you can read Chinese. instructions/manual is in Chinese. I just went on line and found the product sold elsewhere (for a lot more $$) and downloaded the manual to use it. sleep like a baby. no more insomnia!

When using this device don't expect any miracles to happen but it feels nice and I think I had a littlebit benefit of it.

The unit works, you can feel it slightly working as described. Not 100% sure it induces sleep just yet, but at least it works. Instructions bit flimsy and in Chinese, however is has one picture and then you know what to do / where to attached on ears. Try it ... for the money if it works for you re sleep aid, a good deal.
