Very bad service. Product does not work. The drive belt is constantly coming loose from the gear. Unfortunately I am refused to take back the product and refund the purchase price. So I paid 400 euros for a product that I can't use and goes straight to the garbage can. Too bad Banggood. I would have expected more and will no longer order from Banggood and advise everyone against it. The service is unsatisfactory, unlike Aliexpress or Wish. You have to wait a long time for answers and are constantly put off. Although I asked to withdraw within the deadline specified by Banggood itself, absolutely nothing happens.
