These decals are quite cute and relatively easy to work with. The only critique I have is that they will nog glow if you put clear nail varnish on top of them. you have to stick them on top of the nail varnish which makes them susceptable to chipping off.. If you are not too worried about the glowing effect go ahead and put a clear coat of nail varnish over them to keep them from chipping off.
