Product received in acceptable condition with bit of damage on the box but the product arrived intact! I am happy the manufacturer justified the price as the quality is good. Tried to charge cell phone from 80% to 89% in 17 mins at 4pm with cloudy weather. 12v batter clamp received with the panel are pathetic quality don't think about connecting this clamp to car battery as it would be fatal.
