I bough 125mm chuck. Good for the price and enought to my demands. It is not a precise chuck but will do a good job. Some jaw move easy another not so. I recomend to everybody who buy this item, to put out all jaw and clean with compressed air and light oil all 4 threaded bolts, and jaws. Then put some heavy oil and assemble the jaws at same position they were before. My chuck have some bits of burr inside threads. Beside this, is a very good item. Recomended.

Chordmerchant does the 125mm chuck have 3 or 4 mounting holes on the rear? this thing with photos differing from the actual product is a real nightmare! it shows 3 holes and that’s what I need. also, what’s with the “recommended for soft materials”? with this chuck hold yo cut aluminum and steel?
