Kind of work, but don't expect too much power out of it. Not sure how to rate it The USB port on the controller was only giving around 0.45A out while charging my phone in direct sun exposition. with no battery attached to the controller. The direct port on the back of the panel was giving even less with the same sun expsition. I was able to measure around 18V at the normal output of the panel on sun exposition. Plugged it to the secondary battery of a camping car with the panel on the front glass. The tension on the battery was just 0.4V higher after a week of parking (with limited direct sun every day) (but the battery is a little bit old). Last but not least, the controller started to smell like burned plastic while charging a usb device when battery was connected. But it still works... I would just avoid using the controller usb ports in the future The panel has a thin protection film on it. removing it gave me the impression of getting a little bit more power out of it.
