So these motors are NOT 540 motors. they are more like a 28XX series motor and I bought 2 x at different KV ratings with 2x Escs and they both destroyed the ESCs on my WLToys 1/12 cars. The issue is there is not enough torque to ever reach the rpms. The motors get hot, so do the ESCs and the batteries, a bit disappointed. I swapped out to 3660 motor and a new ESC and WoW! Put some aftermarket wheels on your car and it will make the esc burn even faster.
