This is a nice, small, inexpensive charger, for almost any 3.6v/3.7v lithium-ion battery. It comes with a USB cord, so the only thing you need to do it plug it into a computer USB port or a USB charging brick. It charges both flat-top and button-top cells. It is slow, though. It will take most of the day (or night) to charge a high-capacity 18650 cell. But the small size means it's perfect for taking with you. Lower capacity cells (like 14500 or 18350) will charge much faster. I measure the termination voltage at 4.17v, which is great, since you won't risk overcharging (more than 4.20v). And 4.17v is almost 100% full. It's far better to be a little under 4.20v, than a little over. The only thing I'd improve would be the charging time. Perhaps increase the charge current from 500mA to 1000mA. But, that might add to the cost, so probably not worth doing.
