Chicane2000 Not at all. it's not 30W laser power, rather 6W at most. Those descriptions on here are not to be trusted.

Chicane2000 What do you care what the chip is inside? I doubt it has any MCU for the price and it doesn't really need one to control temperature with a potentiometer. Could be analog. For pictures of the guts search on google, maybe YouTube.
