BG321316146 TPU, with a new extruder is totally possible. aluminium, glow in the dark, glitter, wood, carbon fibre or other filled filaments will need a hardened steel nozzle.

BG321316146 this is made by creality. there's lots of differences between creality and prusa, which are reflected in the cost. if you want to buy a prusa, buy direct from them.

BG321316146 220*220*250 is what you can do by default. with slicer tweaks, provided your bed is perfectly aligned, you can do 235*235*250.
