Windigo Yes you can. It has a SMA connector. It's size is not too large to be used. This antennae has right or left polarization dependent on the input port used.

Windigo It is linear polarized so it can receive signals from both right or left hand circular polarized signals. A very nice design and tuned antenna.

Q: apakah ada dudukan helm?

Asked by Jos Setiyo on 2019-06-05 15:58:37

Windigo There is no specific helmet mount but there is a generic holder the camera clips into. I use double sided tape to mount the camera on the curved surface of an airplane's fuselage.

Windigo You can put any type of antennae on here. It's just a tracker. I presently use a high gain 5.8Ghz antennae on it but am going to buy another one for my 1.2Ghz equipment. I added a Bluetooth module to this and also use Mavlink or Crossfire. What an amazing system!

Windigo Thisis just the high gain antenna. You need to connect any kind of 5.8 Ghz video receiver to this antenna. This picture also shows the MFD min Crossbow antenna tracker sold separately.

Windigo Researching the Visuo xs812 online I notice that is does not have a usb or hdmi video input on it. So the video signal from the Firefly can not connect to this drone. The Firefly does not have its own WIFI to transmit the video directly to your smartphone.

Windigo Itdepends on how you want to set it up. First way and easiest is to use it with embedded video telemetry data. You will need to get the MFD Telefly tiny or its more expensive big brother. This feeds the telemetry data such as GPS coordinates with height info to the tracker. The second method is via mavlink telemetry from the airplane. I use TBS crossfire's mavlink telemetry option. The mavlink data gets sent to the radio receiver. The radio receiver transmits this telemetry data to the tracker via a bluetooth connection. Because of this, you need to rig up a bluetooth module and a gps antenna on the antenna tracker. The benefit to this second method is that you can still control the airplane even if the video signal drops out. The plane can get status updates or be controlled via mission planner by this telemetry signal. A separate telemetry radio can be added to increase the range even further. Using new Holybro telemetry radios makes 100Km range possible. A battery to power the tracker is also needed.
