hawk5441 No the EU plug is 3 Pin it is for Australia the lead and charger that comes with the Phone is the right one for the US

hawk5441 Hi Ana I just received mine yesterday but what I did before buying it was to check what frequencies they use in your Country to be sure. The phone works fine in Australia. It is and excellent phone though. I can check on the frequencies in Brazil and get back to you though if you like. if you can send me your email address, mine is jkb0446@bigpond.net.au and I will be able to give you a better idea then

hawk5441 As far as I am aware the both share the same hardware the only difference is the size. You have to look if it fits your car

hawk5441 Yuehoo 7. It sounds like you have a Power issue there are 2 wires that supply power and it sounds like when it shuts down the yellow wire which supplies power when it is shutdown is not supplying power to maintain the memory. Hope this helps

hawk5441 It can be shared by who ever you like but they need to download the app and you have to share your password for your account to let them use it
