Jirre It works on almost any phone where the camera is within an inch from the side, that is because the clasp has a reach of ca. an inch.

Q: what's the maximum safe working voltage and amperage that the board can handle?

Jirre The USB has of course a supplyvoltage of 5 volts. The 2.1mm coax inlet can be supplied with a voltage between 7 and 12 volts and will withstand a surge of 20 volts. The advised voltage is 9 volts.

Jirre Not natively, but you can download android apps that can do it for you on playstore.

Jirre No it does not need a sim card, but then of course you will loose its funtion as a stanalone cellphone. But in combination with a buddy app you stil get notifications.
