fufr Onlyone piece but you have to choose color (red one or black one). As it's said in the description : Package included:1 x P5004 Test Tool (Red or Black for your optional~)

Q: Sir can it convert 4.2 v to 5 v please tell me..

fufr As it's said it's an adjustable "step-down" power supply, so you can only have an output voltage lower than the input one. You can consider it as a linear regulator like 78xx except it's a switching regulator with in one hand more efficiency and in the other hand more noise. If you want to increase the voltage take a step up one.
