Q: I cracked my outer Glass Tube. Can I get a new one as a spare part?

OZ59 At the sale price of the engine and considering the lowly cost to the manufacturer I would have thought it reasonable for a couple of spare glass cylinders to be included with the engine. No instructions on how to set up and operate is very poor indeed.
