Robbiedobbie79 Sound like a customer service issue or if you are capable enough to remove the wings and make sure all connections are plugged in and no loose wires. Should teach you about how to take the plane apart in case of repair damage. It will save you time waiting for a replacement. It’s a great plane and you have to fly it!

Robbiedobbie79 Its plug and play, just keep the speed up and trim it. Get some height and find the lowest speed you can fly until it it does the weird drop and then just keep it above that speed. Its very durable so don’t be scared to fly it like a fighter.

Robbiedobbie79 I agree with the first answer. War planes in general are super touchy and at this size little movements make a big difference. Both my factory positions are middle hole. That being said I would use the u bends in the rods first the mechanically trim the plane close then use the transmitter to fine tune. Also the plane will act weird at lower speed so keep throttle up and on beginner mode until trimmed right.
