Hist The switch is for automatically turn battery off or on when external USB power is connected or disconnected. It is not related to UPS.

mikedyer Of course it is programmable, but it should come with pre-installed logic analyzer firmware (Sigrok Pulseview) so you don't need to program to use in that role. If you don't want to use it as a logic analyzer (or want to update the firmware) then you'll need to download some dev tools. See site www.geeetech.com/wiki/index.php/CY7C68013 for details.

Encephaloid According to the voltage of the device. If the voltage of your camera is 12V, the output will be 12V.
