received horus x10s express carbon looked great but on trying to program in a model a keylock icon appeared in the top task bar, all keys are locked and the radio cannot be used, tried holding down page up/down key but does not release key lock , have sent three emails to banggood but no reply,no return address or phone no on there webpage, now stuck with an unusable transmitter. non existent customer services, not happy bangood
